How can I cancel the subscription?

There are currently two ways to cancel a subscription:

• Contact our support team via the Contact Form.

• Cancel directly in your web version user account. To do this, please follow the instructions below:

1. Open this link;

2. Enter the email address associated with your Muscle Booster account;

3. Choose the ‘Log in’ option, as shown below:

4. Enter the security code emailed to you and click ‘Log in’.

! If you don’t get an email with a security code, please check that the email address you entered is correct.

5. Then open the ‘Account Settings’ tab and click on the ‘Subscription’ section:

6. In the ‘Subscription’ section you'll find a full list of your subscriptions and will be able to cancel those.

! Subscriptions are auto-renewable by default. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle begins. Once canceled, your plan and access will remain active until your current billing period ends.
