How do I find chair workouts?

The app creates a personalized Plan based on the details you provide during sign-up, including your goal, fitness level, weight, target weight, age, and activity level.
A chair workout is a type of exercise that uses a chair to perform a variety of strength and cardio movements. It's great for all fitness levels and helps improve stability, strength, and endurance.
To access Chair Workouts, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Go to the Challenges tab.
2️⃣ Select Chair Workouts Challenge, and tap Join.
3️⃣ Your Chair Workouts will now appear in the Plan tab.
