What does a “rep” mean when doing a right and left-sided exercise?

For exercises that involve both sides of your body (e.g., Jumping Lunge, Side Split Squat), the number of reps shown in the app represents the total count for both sides combined.

For example, if the app displays 10 x Side Lunge, this means 5 reps per side (5 on the left and 5 on the right). Similarly, if an alternating exercise shows 16 reps, that means 8 reps per side.
