Are my subscription and the plan in the application connected?

The number of days in your progress bar and the duration of your subscription aren't connected. As long as you have an active subscription you'll be provided with your personalized plan regardless of what the progress bar shows.For example, after a 30-day program is over, the application will offer you a new 30-day program with some changes in activity that can be adjusted by you.


Kindly note that you will no longer have access to the app once your subscription expires.
